Your Great Skills.
Ideally we’d like you to have some combination of the following:
- You ought to be mid career, of the ‘been there, done that’ personality. You are an intermediate, or senior Project/Construction Manager. Either way, you know your stuff.
- Ideally 5-10 yrs management experience in this field. Your career track makes sense, you can defend your choices and are prepared to explain why you are where you are.
- Perhaps you have a diploma in building technology, PMI or equivalent. OR 5+ years of senior project management experience in lieu of a formal education is truly what we need.
- Preferred but by no means mandatory you may have a College or University degree (Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture).
- Should be a big thinker, very strong communicator, tough as nails. You’re mature, wise, you can balance Construction Management & ultimately have the potential, or the ability to run our company.
- You are a man or a woman, no matter what words are used in this ad.
