Company History

Founded in 1988 and incorporated in early 1989, TASK Construction Management Inc. is a client-focused provider of construction management and project management services. Working on fee-for-services basis, TASK has successfully directed many complex building projects in their 20-year history. Working for both private and public sector clients, TASK are considered specialists in construction of large and small public recreation facilities and new work and difficult renovations. Their work also includes several projects in education, hospitality, commercial/retail and air cargo/distribution facilities.

TASK is an industry leader in applying Construction Management techniques such as sequential tendering, multiple-prime contracting and fast-track scheduling.
