Purolator Parcel Depot, YVR (Phase I)

Description

This 126,000 s.f. “high-end” distribution depot included over 20,000 s.f. of offices and was completed in just 14 weeks from footings to occupancy – unquestionably a record for speed of construction using conventional structural steel framing. The work also included significant development of marshalling yard areas and loading aprons for several courier jets. TASK also co-ordinated their work with installation of a $6.0 million automatic conveying system.
