Description

The school was largely destroyed by arsonists in late 1993. TASK was engaged in January 1994 and received permission to proceed with construction by late March. We were able to re-construct the classroom wing, renovate the gym and administrative blocks, and upgrade the overall building systems by September of the same year. Then Minister of Education Art Charbonneau cited Roy Stibbs as the ‘fastest school construction in BC history’.
