Description

Initially TASK was invited to act as project monitors/quantity surveyors and construction advisors for UBC’s Student Services building. The general contractor was under some stress and UBC sought to augment their team to assist and support as required. Ultimately they terminated the general contractor and asked TASK to assume control of the work under a construction management approach.
