Description

TASK was engaged by Bosa Development to assist them with construction set up in Hawaii. Company principal, John Bowser, was instrumental in setting up all aspects of construction supply and contracting on behalf of the developer. TASK provided a full-time construction manager that was licensed by the state as the ‘registered constructor’ for the project.

This $10 million project incorporated precast concrete panels tied to a structural steel and reinforced concrete frame. Work included full fit-out and finishes to the suites, site development and resident amenities. The complex name was changed and is now known as Maui Banyan.
