The project is the construction of a new indoor aquatic facility featuring a six lane, 25 meter competition pool; a leisure/therapeutic pool; diving board; whirlpool; sauna and steam rooms; fitness centre plus attendant change rooms, circulation space and office space. The project scope includes development of the surrounding site for landscaping, parking and vehicular circulation.
