PDLA-mPEG (Poly(D-lactide)-PEG-methyl ether) is an amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC), which can self-assemble into polymeric micelles. PDLA is a biodegradable polymer derived from lactic acid. It can exist in both D- and L-forms or as a racemic mixture (D,L). mPEG is a water-soluble polymer consisting of repeating ethylene glycol units. It is widely used in drug delivery systems, biomaterials, and surface modifications.
