Description

Poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline), α-benzyl, ω-thiol terminated is a poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMeOx) polymer modified with an α-benzyl group at one end and an ω-thiol (sulfhydryl) group at the other end of the polymer chains. The thiol group can be used for drug conjugation, allowing for the development of drug delivery systems. The benzyl group may provide stability to the polymer-drug conjugate.
