DBCO is a moiety known for its reactivity in copper-free click chemistry, particularly strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions. DBCO groups react specifically with azide-functionalized molecules or surfaces. TFP Ester stands for tetrafluorophenyl ester, which is a functional group often used for the activation of carboxylic acids. TFP esters react with nucleophiles, such as amines or alcohols, to form stable amide or ester bonds.
