Description

PDLLA-PEG-ALK (Poly(D,L-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-alkyne) consists of PDLLA blocks linked to PEG blocks, with an alkyne functional group located at one end of the polymer chain. The hydrophobic PDLLA blocks can encapsulate hydrophobic drugs or molecules, while the hydrophilic PEG blocks can stabilize the nanoparticles and improve their solubility and circulation time.
