Description

Acid-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE designed as a prodrug conjugate for targeted cancer therapy. The acidic functional group may aid in solubility or targeting. The PEG4 linker provides flexibility and solubility to the molecule while minimizing steric hindrance. The Val-Cit dipeptide and PAB linker confer stability and specificity to the conjugate, allowing for controlled release of MMAE inside target cells through cleavage of the PAB linker by intracellular enzymes.
