PDLLA-PEG-PDLLA (Poly(D,L-lactide)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(D,L-lactide)) is explored as carriers for nucleic acid delivery, including DNA, RNA, and siRNA, for gene therapy applications.
