Description

DOPC/CHOL Liposomes, Calcein Encapsulated are liposome formulations composed of DOPC (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) and cholesterol (CHOL) which contain the fluorescent dye calcein encapsulated within them. These liposomes can be used to study the uptake of liposomes by cells and the subsequent release of calcein. They can also serve as tools for studying cellular interactions and processes.
