DEPMPO-Biotin Solution combines the radical trapping capabilities of DEPMPO with the specific molecular tagging ability of biotin. This hybrid compound can be used to detect and trap free radicals generated in biological samples or during biochemical reactions. The DEPMPO moiety traps the radicals, while biotin allows for subsequent detection or isolation using streptavidin-linked probes or assays. DEPMPO-Biotin is also employed in EPR spectroscopy experiments to analyze radical species in biological samples. The spin trapping properties of DEPMPO combined with biotin tagging allow for specific identification and characterization of radical intermediates or reactive species.
