Description

DOPC-Based Fluorescent Liposome, Dextran-pHrodo Red Encapsulated is a liposome formulation where the primary lipid component is DOPC (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) which is encapsulated by Dextran and pHrodo Red. Dextran is a branched polysaccharide, often used to create a macromolecular substance within the liposomes. pHrodo Red is a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye that exhibits a change in fluorescence intensity in response to pH changes. This liposome useful for studying the intracellular fate of liposomes and other nanoscale drug delivery systems.
