Alkyne-PEG-Biotin (Biotin-PEG-Alkyne) can be conjugated to nanoparticles or liposomes functionalized with azide groups. This enables targeted delivery to specific cell types expressing biotin receptors, such as cancer cells or immune cells, enhancing therapeutic efficacy and reducing systemic side effects.
