Description

TCO-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP is a cleavable ADC linker. TCO is another chemical group used in bioconjugation, particularly in click chemistry. It is known for its reactivity with tetrazines, and it can be used to selectively label molecules. The Val-Cit is specifically cleaved by cathepsin B. PAB is often used as a linker in drug conjugates to attach other molecules, such as cytotoxic drugs or imaging agents, to a targeting ligand. PNP is a good leaving group in nucleophilic reaction.
