Description

Poly(L-lysine hydrochloride) (PLL HCL) has been used to coat solid surfaces. It can improve the protein coating of ELISA plates. Other applications of Poly(L-lysine hydrochloride) include the conjugation to methotrexate for increased drug transport, the microencapsulation of islets, the immobilation of living cells in biocompatible semipermeable microcapsules and the preparation of polycationic beads.
