Azide-PHPMA (Azide-Poly-(N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide)) is a polymer derived from N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) that has been functionalized with azide (-N3) groups. Azide-PHPMA can be used to create **polymer-drug conjugates**, where the azide group facilitates the attachment of therapeutic agents through click chemistry.
