Description

TCO-PEG4-APN is a bioconjugate that combines trans-cyclooctene (TCO), polyethylene glycol with four units (PEG4), and 3-arylpropiolonitrile (APN). TCO-PEG4-APN can be conjugated to a tetrazine-modified prodrug, where the reaction between TCO and Tz triggers the release of the active drug from the APN moiety.
