PAMAM Dendrimer G6.5 Carboxylate (sodium salt) (Polyamidoamine Dendrimer G6.5 Carboxylate) is characterized by a central core from which layers of branched units emanate. The G6.5 dendrimer has a core typically derived from ethylenediamine, with successive generations built by adding amidoamine units. The carboxylate groups are present at the periphery of the dendrimer, imparting negative charge and enhancing solubility in aqueous environments.
