Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-MHPA PEG-Polystyrene Resin is primarily used in SPPS for the synthesis of peptides, particularly those that contain tyrosine residues or require functionalization with maleimide for subsequent reactions. Due to the maleimide group, this resin is also useful in the creation of peptide-drug conjugates or peptide-targeted therapies. The maleimide can covalently link peptides to other molecules, such as drugs, via a thiol group.
