Fmoc-Arg(Pbf)-Chlorotrityl PEG-Polystyrene Resin is a modified solid-phase resin used for the synthesis of peptides that include Arginine (Arg) with a Pbf (2,2,4,6,7-Pentamethylchroman-6-sulfonyl) protecting group. The Pbf protection on arginine allows for the synthesis of peptides that include other basic residues (e.g., lysine, histidine) without interference from side-chain reactivity.
