Description

Immunoliposomes-DBCO (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder combine DBCO-mediated click chemistry with immunoliposome technology, allowing for targeted delivery, imaging, and combination therapy without PEG modifications. Their versatility, specificity, and bioorthogonal reactivity make them attractive for a variety of diseases, especially cancer, gene therapy, and immune-related disorders. DBCO enables SPAAC (strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition), a copper-free bioorthogonal reaction that proceeds rapidly under physiological conditions without the need for toxic copper catalysts. DBCO-modified immunoliposomes can selectively target cells expressing specific receptors by conjugating azide-modified antibodies, ligands, or therapeutic agents.
