Description

Fluorescent (Rhodamine lipid) Immunoliposomes-Biotin (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder allow for specific targeting of drug delivery to cells expressing biotin-binding proteins or receptors. By conjugating streptavidin to a cell-specific antibody or ligand, these liposomes can be directed to specific tissues (e.g., tumors, inflammatory sites, or infected tissues). Besides, rhodamine-labeled liposomes are commonly used in fluorescence microscopy to visualize and track liposome uptake and intracellular trafficking. These liposomes can be introduced into cultured cells or tissues and tracked in real-time using red fluorescence. The ability to follow their distribution, cellular internalization, and subcellular localization allows for deep insights into lipid membrane dynamics.
