Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Rhodamine lipid-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder integrates DOTAP (1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane), a cationic lipid, Rhodamine lipid (a fluorescent probe incorporating Rhodamine), and DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne), a bioorthogonal click chemistry group. The use of Rhodamine lipid adds another fluorescent capability to the system, with strong red fluorescence useful for in vivo imaging and liposomal tracking. The DBCO functionalization allows for precise targeting and functionalization via bioorthogonal click chemistry, making this system highly applicable for drug delivery, gene delivery, immunotherapy, and diagnostic imaging.
