Description

DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Cyanine 7 lipid-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder combines the advantages of cationic liposomes (DOTAP), far-infrared fluorescence (Cy7), and click chemistry (DBCO) for a versatile platform in drug delivery, targeted therapy, and bioimaging. The incorporation of Cy7, a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye (excitation ~745 nm, emission ~767 nm), allows for deep tissue penetration and non-invasive in vivo imaging. This enables the tracking of liposome biodistribution and targeting in live organisms with minimal interference from tissue autofluorescence.
