DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-Pyrene lipid-Azide, Lyophilized Powder can carry plasmids, siRNA, mRNA, or CRISPR-Cas9 systems for gene editing. The azide group enables the conjugation of gene-modifying agents to enhance gene delivery efficiency.
