Description

PG-based Fluoroliposome-DiD-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder enables specific drug delivery to particular tissues or cell types. This has key advantages in both cancer therapy and other targeted treatments. This liposome can be modified with tumor-targeting ligands (such as antibodies or peptides) that bind to overexpressed tumor-specific antigens (e.g., HER2, EGFR). This allows the liposome to selectively deliver chemotherapy drugs or small molecules to tumor cells, enhancing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity. PG-based Fluoroliposome-DiD-DBCO can also be engineered to deliver antiviral drugs or vaccines to infected cells. Conjugation with viral receptor-targeting molecules can ensure that the liposome delivers its payload specifically to infected cells, minimizing systemic toxicity and improving the therapeutic outcome.
