PG-based Fluoroliposome-Cyanine 7 lipid-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder combines the stability and bioactivity of Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) in the liposomal bilayer, the near-infrared fluorescence of Cyanine 7 (Cy7) for deep tissue imaging, and the bioorthogonal chemistry enabled by Dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) for precise surface functionalization. By integrating Cy7 fluorescence with bioorthogonal functionalization, this liposome formulation enables highly efficient and targeted therapeutic strategies, while providing real-time, non-invasive tracking of liposome behavior within living organisms.
