Description

Neutral Fluoroliposome-Dansyl lipid-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder is useful for bio-imaging, targeted drug delivery, and bio-conjugation applications, allowing real-time tracking of liposomes, enhanced cellular targeting, and selective drug delivery. Dansyl is a fluorescent dye used in the form of a lipid derivative (Dansyl lipid). The dye is hydrophobic and is incorporated into the lipid bilayer of the liposome, imparting blue fluorescence. The Dansyl group is sensitive to polarity changes in the environment, making it useful for studying lipid bilayer dynamics, membrane interactions, and liposome-cell interactions. The DBCO group enables the conjugation of azide-modified molecules, such as targeting ligands, antibodies, or small molecules, enhancing the specificity and precision of drug delivery or therapeutic interventions.
