Polystyrene AM PAM Leu Acetyl Mercapto Trt features an aminomethylated polystyrene backbone, PAM (peptide amide) linkage for stable peptide attachment, and a mercapto group protected by an acetyl group to control reactivity during synthesis. The Trityl (Trt) group protects the thiol until the final stages, allowing selective thiol-based conjugation and disulfide bond formation.
