Fmoc-Asn(Trt) Low Crosslinked Polystyrene-PEG S RAM Resin (Fmoc-Asn(Trt) Low Crosslinked Polystyrene-PEG S Rink Amide Linker Resin) is designed for the synthesis of peptides that contain asparagine (Asn) residues protected with the Trt (Trityl) protecting group, which is commonly used for the protection of the amide side chain of asparagine. This resin combines the benefits of Fmoc chemistry, commonly used in peptide synthesis, with the stability of Trt-protected asparagine. The resin itself is low crosslinked, which allows for better swelling and improved reagent access, and it is combined with polyethylene glycol (PEG) to enhance the resin’s properties.
