Fmoc-Gly-NHN=Pyv Resin (Fmoc-glycyl-hydrazono-pyruvyl-aminomethylpolystyrene resin) integrates a glycine (Gly) residue attached to an Fmoc group (9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl) via an aminomethylpolystyrene backbone. The additional hydrazono-pyruvyl functional group (-NHN=Pyv) on the resin offers a unique reactivity that enables selective and stable hydrazone bond formation, making this resin particularly useful in applications requiring conjugation of peptides or other biomolecules to hydrazides or ketones.
