Description

Azido-PEG4-Val-Ala-PAB is a cleavable ADC linker containing an azide group, a PEG (polyethylene glycol) chain, a valine-alanine dipeptide, and a p-aminobenzyloxycarbonyl (PAB) protecting group. The Val-Ala linkers can be cleaved by Cathepsin B. Azide (N3) group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. PEG space improve compound’s aqueous solubility.
