Negatively PS-Based Fluorescent Liposome, Cy5.5 Labeled refers to liposomes primarily composed of negatively charged lipids, with phosphatidylserine (PS) as the primary lipid component, and these liposomes have been labeled with the fluorescent dye Cy5.5. Cy5.5 is a near-infrared fluorescent dye with deep tissue penetration and reduced background fluorescence. The presence of Cy5.5 enables these liposomes to be used in fluorescence-based experiments, such as cellular imaging and fluorescence microscopy, to investigate various biological and biochemical processes.
