PLGA-PEG-VS (Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-b-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Vinylsulfone) is a molecule in which PLGA and PEG have been combined into a single polymer structure, and VS groups have been introduced into this structure. PLGA-PEG-VS can be utilized in the synthesis of nanoparticles for drug delivery, imaging, or other nanomedicine applications, allowing for the conjugation of targeting ligands or imaging agents to the nanoparticle surface.
