PLGA-PEG-OH (PLGA-PEG-Hydroxy, Poly(lactic-co-glycoclic acid)-PEG-Hydroxy) is a copolymer composed of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) with hydroxy end groups. PLGA is biodegradable and has been extensively used in drug delivery systems. PEG improves the solubility and stability of drugs. The hydroxy end groups can provide additional functionalization, enhancing drug encapsulation and release control. This copolymer is often employed in the development of sustained-release formulations for pharmaceuticals. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request.
