NH2-PLGA-PEG-MAL (Maleimide-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-Amine) is a chemical compound that contains NH2, PLGA, PEG and MAL. The amine group can react with carboxyl groups, such as those in PLGA or PEG, to form stable amide linkages. PLGA is commonly used in drug delivery systems and biomedical applications due to its biocompatibility and controlled degradation properties. PEG is often used in copolymer structures to improve biocompatibility, solubility, and reduce immunogenicity.
