NH2-PLGA-PEG-MAL (Maleimide-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-Amine) has been used for bioconjugation and targeted drug delivery. The maleimide functional groups allow for selective bioconjugation with thiol-containing molecules.
