Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a strong bilayer-forming lipid. It the most common phospholipid in mammalian membranes. 04:0 PC has been used for the evaluation of its ability to form reverse micelles. It is also suitable for use as a phospholipid substrate to study the substrate specificity of glycerophosphoethanolamine ethanolaminephosphodiesterase (GPE-EP). This product is available in powder.
