Description

100nm DOPC/CHOL/mPEG-DSPE Liposomes labeled with Dansyl DOPE, Lyophilized Powder are spherical vesicles composed of a bilayer membrane that encapsulates an aqueous core. The bilayer is made up of DOPC and CHOL, with mPEG-DSPE incorporated on the outer surface of the liposome to provide a hydrophilic shell that reduces immune recognition and enhances circulation time.
