Description

100nm DOPC/CHOL/mPEG-DSPE Liposomes labeled with NBD-PE, Lyophilized Powder can be used to deliver antigens in vaccine formulations. The NBD-PE label enables the tracking of liposome-based vaccine delivery to immune cells, such as dendritic cells, for antigen presentation and immune activation. The liposomes can also act as adjuvants, enhancing the immune response by promoting the uptake of antigens by immune cells. The fluorescence from NBD-PE allows researchers to track the behavior of these liposomes within the immune system and observe their uptake by antigen-presenting cells.
