2′-Deoxy-2′,2′-difluoro Thymidine (2′,2′-Difluorothymidine) is a thymidine derivative where the hydroxyl groups at the 2′ position of the deoxyribose sugar are replaced by fluorine atoms. As a nucleoside analog, 2′-Deoxy-2′,2′-difluoro Thymidine can be incorporated into DNA, where it may interfere with DNA synthesis and function.
