Description

Acrylate-PEG-COOH (ACRL-PEG-COOH, Acryloyl-PEG-COOH, Acrylate-PEG-Acid) consists of a PEG chain, which imparts water solubility and flexibility, an acrylate group for further chemical modifications, and a carboxylic acid (COOH) group, which is reactive under specific conditions. The carboxylic acid group in Acrylate-PEG-COOH provides a site for covalent attachment to amino groups through amide bond formation. It can react with primary amines to form stable amide linkages.
