Description

Amine Gold Nanoparticles (Amine labeled gold nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles Amino function, gold nanoparticles NH2 functionalized, NH2@Au, Au NP NH2, Amine functionalized gold nanoparticles) are made from monodispersed gold nanoparticles with narrow size distribution (<15%). Primary amine groups were derived from gold nanoparticle suface via polyethylene glycol chain. PEG linker offers highly stable gold particle solution and is useful for generating various gold nanoparticle probes to detect various biomolecules in SEM, TEM, light microscopy and blotting.
