It combines the effects of beta-adrenergic blocking agents with alpha-adrenergic blocking properties. Amosulalol Hydrochloride is effective in reducing high blood pressure by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, which reduces heart rate and cardiac output. Its alpha-blocking action helps relax blood vessels, further lowering blood pressure.
