Description

Auristatin F is a cytotoxic and potent synthetic derivative of dolastatin 10, which is a natural product isolated from the sea hare Dolabella auricularia. Dolastatin 10 and its derivatives, including Auristatin F, belong to a class of compounds known as auristatins. It is highly cytotoxic and exerts its effects by disrupting microtubule dynamics in cells. It inhibits cell division and induces apoptosis (programmed cell death). Auristatin F plays a crucial role in the development of targeted cancer therapies, particularly in the field of ADCs.
