Description

Azide-PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE can be used antibody drug conjugation as a precursor. It can be used antibody drug conjugation as a precursor. It contains an azide group, a PEG8 spacer, a protease-sensitive Val-Cit dipeptide, a PAB linker and an MMAE payload. The MMAE is a synthetic antineoplastic agent. It acts as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. Valine-citrulline is a common lysosomal cleavable dipeptide. PAB is a typical self-immolation spacer.
